Type of Lease Required for your rental property

At the start of the tenancy, the tenant signs a 6 month short assured tenancy agreement.

For full details of the tenancy agreement please click here

The tenancy agreement confirms the start date and end date of the lease, and the date when

  each monthly payment is due.

During the course of the lease, regular inspections will be carried out, to ensure the property

is being kept in good repair.

At the end of the lease, a final inspection is carried out, and, any remedial work is paid for

from the deposit, ( see Paying Rent ) with the balance, if any, being returned to the tenant.

If the tenant wishes to renew the lease after the 6 months, normally, we are able to offer

them a 12 month lease, a 6 month lease or a lease on a month to month basis.
