Glenrothes Rental Solutions

Glenrothes and Fife Property for Rent

Rental Payments

How to make your Rental Payments to Glenrothes Rental Solutions.

We accept monthly payment by cash or cheque for rental payments.

Here, at Glenrothes Rental Solutions, we can accept Housing Benefit payments
( known as Local Housing Allowance ) for the monthly rental payment.
This is done by the tenant liasing between Glenrothes Rental Solutions and Fife Council,
to confirm the amount of rent to be paid by Fife Council.

When the lease contract is signed between the tenant and Glenrothes Rental Solutions,
we also require, in addition to the month’s rent, a deposit of one month’s rent.

Please note, here at Glenrothes Rental Solutions, we can accept a deposit guaranteed by
Fife Key Fund ( see Deposit Required )

3 ways you can pay your monthly rental payment:

  (1) Rent can be paid by setting up a Standing Order at the tenant's bank
( normally this is set up 3 days before the rent is due. This allows the bank time to transfer the money
to our Rental account on the actual Rent due date ).

  (2) Rent can be collected from tenants on a pre-arranged rental collection date and time
  at the property being leased.

  (3) We can also arrange for tenants to call at our office, to make their rental payment, on, or
  before the rent due date.

Please note : Late payment of rent carries a late payment charge.
