Failure to pay rent in your rental property

Should a tenant fall behind with rental payments, we will inform them they need to

make up their shortfall before their next rent payment is due.

Failure to pay rent will incur our administration costs, plus all legal costs involved with

  the debt recovery procedure.

Should rent remain unpaid, we reserve the right to present our claim for the tenants

eviction and our costs to the local Sheriff Court.

The awarding of an eviction notice will impact on the tenants credit profile and will

also mean no tenant references will be given for future tenant rental applications.
