  We carry this out using a reputable company specialising in credit checking for rental tenants.

  Before the credit check is carried out we require address and employment history over the past 3 years.

  Once completed, the credit check result helps us to decide if the prospective tenant fits the profile we require.

  There is an upfront fee charged for the credit check of £ 45.00, and this is non refundable.
